EDUCATION

A good solid Texas education (Yes, some Texans go to school.) landed me at the UNIVERSITY OF SCRANTON. (2001 - 2005)

After many visits to libraries and basement parties, I graduated with a BA IN COMMUNICATIONS, a WRITING MINOR, and JOURNALISM, PR, and ADVERTISING concentrations. Trial and error lead me to choose life as a copywriter, which meant more school.

After a summer of many unfortunate experiences waiting tables, I took off to CHICAGO PORTFOLIO SCHOOL (Sept. ‘05 - Oct. ’06) to cram the usual two years of portfolio school into one. I emerged a COPYWRITER with a self art directed book and a severe addiction to caffeine.

THE REAL WORLD

I landed my first job as a real live copywriter at ARNOLD WORLDWIDE (April ‘07 – Nov. ’07) where I:

*Developed 360 campaigns for Hershey Bar, Reese's, Hershey’s Cacao Reserve, Tums, and the U.S. Tennis Association.

*Worked on several new business pitches.

*Created various print, web, radio and TV for all clients.
